Battle Concepts
Time has come for the final edition of Streetstar Festival 2023 and it will be nothing less than spectacular with some of the world’s finest dancers in:
HIP HOP, POPPING, BREAKING, HOUSE DANCE, WAACKING, LOCKING and DANCEHALL.
All preselections will be held on Saturday 25th of November. Finals on Sunday 26th of November.

It’s time to bring out your finest disco moves and let´s go back to the 70´s with all the glitter and glamour on the dance floor.
This is the party for all Waacking and Locking dancers to get together and bring your shine and funky style together!
You can team up as one (1) Waacking dancer and one (1) Locking dancer or two (2) Waacking dancers or two (2) Locking Dancers.
If you want to join and don’t have a partner we can team you up with a partner at the pre selection.

Streetstar have invited three great B-boys as judges on the qualification day. The judges +1 will enter an intense and powerful concept called 7 to Smoke as battle guest on the final day together with the qualified dancers.

Streetstar Dancehall events are one of the most respected in Europe. Once again, we introduce a top notch line up to the Swedish audience.
The battle format is teams of two dancers.
The judge panel will consist of three judges. All judges will meet the eligibility, training, judge skills level, and requirements set forth by the organizer Streetstar.

Streetstar have invited four great Popping dancers as battle guests. Leaving four open spots to qualify for. The battle guest will then enter the 7 to Smoke battle on the final day together with the qualified dancers.
The judge panel will consist of two main Popping judges and two Hip Hop judges on the final day. All judges will meet the eligibility, training, judge skills level, and requirements set forth by the organizer Streetstar.
