Juste Debout is the largest Streetdance competition in the world in 2vs2 POPPING, LOCKING, HIP HOP and HOUSE.
This event has since the start 2001 in Paris, increased the dance scen and presenting new stars into the world of Streetdance every year.
In 2006 Juste Debout started to arrange prelims around the world. Streetstar and Sweden was one of the first to make the international prelims that same year: Juste Debout Scandinavia!
Last year we also introduced JUSTE DEBOUT JUNIOR DANCE TOUR for our young talented dancers!

JUNIOR DANCE TOUR
1 vs 1 Mix Style Battle for the younger dancers, age 8 to 14 years old.
BREAKING, LOCKING, POPPING, HIP HOP, HOUSE
Preselection will be held in this category by battle, one against one and each dancer has one solo of 1 minute. The battles has no winner o losers. The judges pick the best 8 dancers to proceed to quarterfinal regardless of the result of battle.
The winner goes to the Final in Paris the 1st of March to represent the Stockholm prelims. The organizer arrange travels and accommodation for the winner.

There are many dancers and we would like that every things runs smoothly, so you can have the best experience during the festival.
RULES & JUDGMENT – JUSTE DEBOUT 2vs2
LOCKING – POPPING – HIP HOP – HOUSE DANCE
Preselection round is one (1) minute per team. Judges will pick the best eight (8) teams to go to the quarter finals. When less than eight teams are registered in a category, they directly get to the final rounds.
Battles – Quarter finals and Semi finals each dancer have one (1) solo (1 minute)
Battles – Final each dancer have two (2) solo per dancer (1 minute per solo)
• Each team have maximum one (1) routine per battle.
• The music is chosen by the DJ at the time of competition.
• If you do not show up after three roll-calls before a battle or competition, you are disqualified.
• Please show respect for your opponent. No physical contact allowed.
• The decisions of the judges are final.
Contestants who do not follow the rules may be disqualified by the judges or the event management.
1st Prize:
Qualification for finals in Paris (Travel and hotel covered)
During each selection phase, judges have five votes, two of them given by the judge specialized in the category assessed. In final, the judge specialized in the category can’t abstain himself from voting – so there can’t be a tie.

Closest airport is Arlanda Airport. Aprox. 40 minutes by car to the venue and hotel. You can also take the shuttle bus services from the airport to T-CENTRALEN and then by public transport.
Another optional airport is Skavsta Airport. This airport is usually for low price airline companies such as Ryanair. The airport is located aprox. 1,30h from central Stockholm.
BY CAR
GLOBEN and SLAKTHUSOMRÅDET is located in the south side of Stockholm, 5 minutes from Central Stockholm. You reach the area via road 73 towards Nynäshamn.
